Cancellation Policy

To book, choose your service and preferred time online, or get in touch and we'll arrange a session with you. You'll receive an email confirmation with the date, time and, for online sessions, a video link. To help us make the most of our time together, please have any relevant details ready before we begin. Some services may require full payment or a deposit to secure your booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens, and we're glad to reschedule where we can. If you need to change or cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost, and any deposit may be non-refundable. For online sessions, please join within 15 minutes of the start time; after this the session may be treated as a no-show. Waitlist If your preferred time is fully booked, join the waitlist and we'll be in touch as soon as a place opens. Offers are made in order of request, and you'll have 24 hours to confirm before the spot is passed to the next person.
